Darryl Howell is PCG’s Chief Operating Officer and VP of the Systems Engineering Division. Mr. Howell is a high-energy, visionary leader with over 30 years of demonstrated achievement in systems engineering, technology development and integration of DoD Combat Systems, acquisition, modeling and simulation, architecture development, and requirements. Darryl is also a Principal System Engineer supporting the Office of Assistant Secretary of Defense for Research & Engineering/ Systems Engineering & Architecture.

Additionally, he serves as the lead contractor support for the Digital Engineering Modeling and Simulation Community of Practice. Mr. Howell is also a Navy veteran with over 30 years of service (Active Duty and Reserves). Mr. Howell graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering and Johns Hopkins University with a master’s in systems engineering.
