Leonard is a seasoned organization development consultant with nearly three decades’ experience as an internal consultant within the US Army and an external consultant to myriad corporations, federal and state agencies, and associations. His consultancy uniquely blends his analytical skills as a mathematician with a keen understanding of organizational behavior from his perspectives as a leader, staff officer and student of human behavior in organizations. He is adept at diagnosing and synthesizing complex organizational issues into manageable units of work that provide a path toward the efficiency, effectiveness and responsiveness demanded by these challenging times. He accomplishes this feat by helping leaders as well as individual contributors adopt fresh perspectives so they can generate energy to transform organizational processes into high performing systems.
