4.3 Cancellations and Refunds

PCG reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case participants will be notified and offered a full refund or alternative enrollment.

All course materials, handouts, presentations, and related intellectual property provided during PCG training programs are the exclusive property of Powell Consulting Group. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit these materials without prior written consent from PCG.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the PCG website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, course descriptions, and software, is the property of Powell Consulting Group or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
